After being charged in the premeditated murders of his two close friends, YNW Melly and his team are publicly proclaiming his innocence. We all hope this amazing talent hasn’t permanently tainted his life with such a disgusting act of violence.

Last night, Melly’s management dropped a visual depicting the 19-year-old being incarcerated for the emotional track “Mama Cry”. Directors Gabriel Hart & Kajal also added actual footage of Melly turning himself in on his recent charges, as well as a short look at him performing the song from behind bars, years before his current success.
Dedicated to his mother’s pain, we hear Melly own up to his mistakes and pray for another chance to get it right when he touches back down.
